Synthaize's mission is to design and build improvable decision systems that turn complex real-world signals into clear, traceable, and actionable judgments, combining human insight and judgment with agentic AI.
Currently applied to two use cases: 1) leadership teams' decision making, and 2) investment recommendations in capital markets.Synthaize is being built as a platform for AI-powered decision systems under uncertainty, across organisations and application domains.

Who?Synthaize Ltd was founded in May 2026 by Dr. Khaled Benkrid, a technologist with over two decades' experience in computer engineering, innovation, and enterprise.After gaining his PhD, Khaled spent nearly 13 years in academia as Assistant Professor at Queen's University Belfast and then Associate Professor at the University of Edinburgh.
He spent the following 13 years in industry at Arm Ltd, where he worked in the CTO Office, Research, and Strategy & Ecosystems, building, managing, and directing Arm's education and research enablement programs in the process.

Synthaize Org is an AI-powered decision governance application for leadership teams. It links your organisation's objectives and key results (OKRs) to the decisions that drive them, helping leadership teams develop reasoned, traceable, and OKR-aligned decisions. Decision quality issues — both within individual decisions and as patterns across them — can be identified by agentic AI before meetings and at review cycles, with suggestions to address them.Synthaize Org currently integrates with Microsoft Teams, including sign-in with your organisation's existing Microsoft accounts. It researches, challenges, and stress-tests every stock investment recommendation before it reaches an adviser, then preserves the full rationale as an audit trail for suitability and best-interest reviews.Weak assumptions and unaddressed risks in the reasoning behind a recommendation are surfaced by agentic AI through structured challenge before a decision is made, not after.The application uses Microsoft accounts for trial sign-in.
